In the article “U.S. and Israel sign $38 Billion military aid package”,  reported by Matt Spetalnick and Arshad Mohammed they dissect  and explain that Obama is giving Israel money for the next couple of years.  From 2019-2028 Israel will receive a designated amount each year to spend on military benefits, totaling up to around 38 billion U.S. Dollars. Obama made the decision that he would like to go through with this because he will no longer president by the end of January. This outrageous expense has caused many people to be flabbergasted, in the fact that Obama would do this right before he leaves office, so the next president can’t say no.
